Once you have created your account on the above link, the process that we follow has the 4 stages outlined below:

Stage 1 - Design and Functionality Specification

Our first stage is to outline the design that you wish, taking into consideration any corporate branding that you may have. Whilst doing this, we will also obtain an understanding of your business requirements, to ensure that the site is built with all of the functionality that is requred. This will be documented and then signed off.

Stage 2 - Website Development and Configuration

Once the design and functionality specification is approved, our developers will create the website on our development server. During this stage, a Configuration Questionnaire will be provided, requesting details such as which Payment Gateway you will use, how pricing should be structured, shipping charges and a list of users (support will be provided as necessary). This completed questionnaire will enable us to configure the website specifically for your requirements.

Stage 3 - Approval and Product Population

We will provide you with access to the site in order for you to test the application and to confirm that it conforms to the Design and Functionality Specification and to the Configuration requirements. We will provide you with Management Accounts, enabling you to log into the administration side of the website so that you can populate it with all of your products (training will be provided to show how this can be done efficiently).

Stage 4 - Launch

When the site is fully populated, we will work with you to create a Website Launch Strategy. Once the approach is known, we will attach the relevant domain names to the website and launch the site for you, submitting it to all of the leading search engines, adding the products to popular shopping indexes, etc. We will then support you on an ongoing basis as you develop your business.
